Cranberry Coffee CakeOne of our favorite Christmas traditions is having this delicious coffee cake for breakfast on Christmas morning. The aroma of cranberry and almond wafting through the house is almost enough to make you wait to open the presents...almost.
Cream butter. Stir in sugar gradually. Add eggs one at a time. Add dry ingredients alternately with sour cream. Add almond flavoring. Grease and flour a bundt pan. Put ½ of the batter into the pan, then spread ½ of the cranberry sauce on it. Pour on remaining batter. Top with cranberry sauce and sprinkle on nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 50- 55 minutes. Cool 15 minutes then take the cake out of the pan. Vanilla Drizzle
Mix together and drizzle over cooled cake.
